   Wordbooker is publishing my blog posts to Facebook just fine. But I've noticed the comments on my blog are no longer being published on facebook even though everything is checked for them to. I haven't changed any settings, and I just double checked that it was still set for the comments publishing to facebook.
   All of the option below are checked:

   Import Comments from Facebook for new Wordbooker Posts: yes
   Push Comments up to Facebook for new posts : yes
   Auto Approve imported comments : yes

   Earlier today, I clicked on "Run comment handling now", and it did, but each comment was duplicated on facebook. I went through and deleted the duplicates. More comments were left on my blog post, but they weren't published onto facebook. I have comment handling to happen every 15 minutes, but it doesn't seem to be doing it.

   I'm running wordpress 3.4
   Theme: atahualpa

   Can you post all your support information?

   It would sound like the cron job has been cancelled. Set the comment handing to "Never" and save the settings then set it back to a poll interval and save the settings.

   Also if you manually run the comment poll does it duplicate the comments again?

   I set the comment handling to never, saved the settings, put it back to every 15 minutes, & saved the settings again. But it still didn't publish the newer comments to facebook. I just manually ran the comment handling and it did publish the new comments and did not duplicate them.

   I just looked at the list of the plugins, and not all of those are active even though it has them listed in the wordbooker info as active.

   OK I'll look into the active/inactive list.

   Do scheduled posts work on your blog? Does the cache refresh run once per hour?

   Schedule posts work. The comments seem to be publishing to facebook kind of hit & miss. I noticed some published several days ago, but I've noticed a post since then with a comment that never was published to FB.

   Where can I check the cache refresh to know the answer?

   If you turn up the diagnostic level you should see the comment processing diagnostics - Also as the process goes over all the comments that haven't been pushed to FB each time then it should pick any up and push them when ever it runs - so comments that are not approved will not get pushed until they are approved.

   I have my comments set to autoapprove, and also to push the commetns every 15 minutes. But some comments from yesterday morning still haven't been published on facebook. That post (on facebook) also didn't have the thumbnail for some reason, even though I set the featured image.

   Do all the posts belong to the same author? Are you using more than one blog level account or are you the only user?

   What is your display diagnostics level set to?

    Yes, I'm the only author & user. And I have my comments set to auto-approve. Here's what my diagnostics say eight now:

    I have a comment on that post, but it hasn't been published to facebook.

    Yes, if I manually run it, it does publish the comments to facebook. I have it set to run every 15 minutes.

    So it still looks like the scheduled job isn't picking up... which is pretty hard to diagnose.

    Get what part working? Its probably best to start a new thread - trying to support two users with different issues on one thread is just about impossible given the restrictions WordPress place on forum posts.
