I am following woocommerce codex instructions to integrate with my theme. Also checked http://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-woocommerce-ecommerce-plugin-for-wordpress-integrating-woocommerce-with-my-custom-theme?replies=17 and followed mike's instructions and took a look on wootique files. But when changing hook, I always get the following error message: Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function 'wp-clear_after_content' not found or invalid function name in /home/t1029933/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 405

    any idea?

I really am getting to the point where someone must call WooCommerce not a Plugin, but rather a plugout, if it actually not easily plugs into any theme that is not wootheme's. I don't understand much of php, but itÅ› clearly enough whenever a page is ecommerce with this plugin, it actually overdues themes templates. This is not very gentle of woo's, not very open source, actually a marketing to sell their own themes, or what?

Marketing because you can't figure out hooks? Thats crazy :)

" Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function 'wp-clear_after_content' not found or invalid function name in /home/t1029933/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 405"

That means the function you have hooked in doesn't exist.

Read the codex docs for filters:

How about admitting that your update has caused an issue for a lot of people? Please release an update and fix this asap... We are not the only ones with this issue after the update...
