[Plugin: WooCommerce – excelling eCommerce] sidebar interfering with shop page

    Hi guys, I was wondering how I can disable my sidebar from appearing on the shop page (where all my products are held)

    I tried to disable it in functions.php and assigning a different template that has no sidebar to the shop page, but the sidebar still shows up.

    is there a file in the woocommerce templates that i can edit to stop it from calling the sidebar function.

    Hello,

    I’m having the same problem. Could you tell me how to disable the sidebar. I have tried setting up the Shop page as a Full page template but it seems to move the sidebar to the footer. Any help would be much appreciated.

    Has anyone resolved this issue? My sidebar on Woocommerce pages is moving to the bottom footer area. Any ideas?

    No one came back to me about it so I decided to use http://www.ecwid.com/ instead. It’s sooooooo much easier to integrate into a wordpress site but does mean managing products and invoices etc outside of wordpress, but it’s worth it for the look the storefront has.
