   I have just got this problem when enter email address in checkout page.

   I test with Gmail, ex sample.com@gmail.com
   This "dot" type email does not work, mean that WooCommerce won't send any email to that type address.

   Test with normal email, it worked normally.

   Thats not a problem, my email address has a dot too.

   Validation is done using WP's is_email function so I doubt this is a WC problem.
