[Plugin: Woocommerce – excelling eCommerce] Customer details not in invoices

Hello all I’m having a slight problem.. Whenever I send out order invoices via woocommerce-orders page it sends them the order details but it doesn’t show the customer details like phone number/shipping/billing addresses.

When I check my template under woocommerce/settings it shows it perfectly fine but once they’re sent out to customers it doesn’t include the customer details.

If anyone knows the problem for this please let me know
