After I've updated to 1.2.2 I can't access the category pages anymore, e.g. when I try to load http://www.domain.com/shop/product-category/something/ I get an 404 error.
What I also experienced is, that the slug of the german version is written with uppercase letters, e.g. domain.com/shop/Produkt-Kategorie/something. That is totally unusual and looks like crap! Please change that.
Working on this now. Will release some fixes shortly.

I have the latest WC 1.4.2 and still the same effect.
Permalinks look like /shop/Produkt/.... unless the product has a product category assigned
In general it seems that permalinks contain both "shop" and "product", which leads to cluttered breadcrumb navigation ("shop" and "products" leading to the same page, totally redundant and irritating for normal visitors...)
