Hi guys, just got my server provider to increase my php.ini with the memory limit to 96MB but the problem is still there. i also got an update of woocommerce plugin which I installed but nothing changed...

@partireper.it I mailed my webdomain supplier, one.com and they fixed 80mb for me so no problems. It seems to be a fixed number, contact your server supplier and they┬┤ll get you more memory hopefully. However something went wrong in the transfer so now theyre fixing it. Not WP related that one! :-)

But as soon as the memory went up to 80 mb instead of 32 things were resolved.

Ok found the problem: MY THEME!

I just activated twenty eleven and the checkout works great and so does the control panel of woocommerce giving me the notification of the new order and letting me put in on progress or complete it.

The customer gets the email and after he gets also the link (it was an example item as a digital good).

Is there anybody here that had something wrong with his theme?

    Thanks

Some themes cause javascript conflicts - especially if they try to get clever and include scripts (like jquery) wrongly.

This is another line thread, so to summarise, the the checkout does not function go through the following steps:

    • Go to WooCommerce > System status and check your pages are correct, your memory is high enough, and there are no other errors listed
    • Check for javascript errors. This is commonly the main issue. Chrome shows errors within its developer tools or you can use firebug for firefox http://getfirebug.com/errors
    • If you get ajax errors related to the domain, ensure your site and home URLs in WordPress Settings > General Options match up. Ajax will not work across different domains.

HAS anyone figured out a fix to the checkout page coming up blank with just the parmalink in the address bar showing?

Also how would I go about making the shop page the actual homepage? Im using the Briefed Commerce theme.

    THANKS,

    Jay

Hi guys, I don't know how useful this will be but the only way I could solve the checkout not working and showing permalings and meta was to actually comment the include/scripts.php into my footer.

    Cheers

I had same issue. Remove the secure checkout option solved the issue. but is there any fix for it yet?

Also to direct check if the issue exists, please try https://www.yourwebsite.com

If you see the header already sent issue when accessing Checkout Page, then you would see same here as well.

    Solved my issue!

I had the spinny thing on the checkout-

Changed the Settings- General to display the same url's.

Also in the woocommerce- payments- paypal
    and disabled the sandbox mode.

I also disabled all plugins i wasnt using except woocommerce and wowslider... but i'm not sure this was the issue.

I think the issue was the URL SETTINGS

    Good Luck! :)

I just noticed I am having the same problem...I try to hit checkout and the "Your Order" section is grayed out with the spinning wheel. I think it is because my site URL and home URL are different--but I cannot change this. The wordpress files are in its own directory. How do I fix this issue another way?

I was having same issue, only after a bit of circle spinning, my page went to an error page saying I had "too many redirects," although I didn't have any redirections enabled. I did have a plugin, however, (that I just install on all my wordpress pages). After disabling the plugin, now all pages work.

    http://wcdocs.woothemes.com/user-guide/troubleshooting/endless-loadingspinner-on-the-checkout-page/

^ you can make those urls the same it doesn't matter.

    Memory increase using this:
    http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

If your stuck with 32mb you should probably look for alternate hosting - thats pretty low.

I have a website using WooCommerce 1.6.5.2 with the most recent version of WordPress and when I click the Add To Cart button nothing happens. I checked that all of my pages contain the right shortcode and I am not using SSL for checkouts. The site is http://largermale.com. This is an urgent matter as it was working a few days ago and now all of a sudden it isn't. Thanks in advance for any help.

    I have a test page: http://jessieharris.co.uk/product-template.
The top button won't add to cart.
The bottom one will but when you proceed to checkout it loads the homepage again?!?!

    very strange!

    Any ideas?
