[Plugin: WooCommerce – excelling eCommerce] [Plugin: WooCommerce] Link payment to shipping

Is it possible to link a payment method to a shipping method so not all of the payment methods are showing at all times.

For example I have two shipping methods, the standard shipping and the local pick up. When the customer chooses to ship a product I want the options transfer money and paypal to be displayed. And when the customer wants to pick up the product I only want the option pay with cash to be displayed.
