Plugin won't work with theme

Hi there, I can get QMT working on standard WP themes such as Twenty Eleven but not this theme I just bought: http://demo.undsgn.com/studiofolio/

I’ve tried using the ‘Changing Templates’ instructions but I don’t know how to modify the copied files. I don’t know Moustache either but I do know a tiny bit of HTML.

Would really appreciate some help. Thank you in advance.
