Well my site http://fixaberry.mx is loading a file that doesn't exist. You can see the file been trying to load here http://tools.pingdom.com/fpt/#!/x7on8onaD/fixaberry.mx (at the end of resoures). Plugin was uninstalled (all files removed by wp) here is more info http://wordpress.org/support/topic/cant-completely-uninstall?replies=8#post-3702624 plugin author told me this was prob a wp bug.

Well, not necessarily a bug, but possible something gone wrong with the deactivation - the hook into the header which adds the link to that script should be removed by WP but hasn't.
acrogenesis - I forgot to ask before, are you using a page cache of any kind? For example, W3 Total Cache, that kind of thing?

I have W3 Total Cache i disabled the plugin and it's still there. http://tools.pingdom.com/fpt/#!/KFu5xhymH/fixaberry.mx
