Plugin with multiple databases

Hi,
I am looking for a plugin that works with multiple database/tables such that I can query certain records/fields to display on a web page. The page would be dynamic such that when the database is changed, the page(s) will reflect the changes.

I’d like to be able to import from several csv files in order to create the several tables.

I’ve used the Particiapants database and it does most of what I want but it only works with a single table/database. I have several tables with many fields/records per table and need to be able to access all of them in order to create the desired web page(s).

Does any such database plugin exist?
