PlugIn Wipe-out!!

    when clicking to delete an already non- active plugin the whole lot disappeared – no more plug-ins! only the error message:
    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare uninstall_plugin() (previously declared in /home/jurg2008/public_html/wp-admin/includes/plugin.php:509) in /home/jurg2008/public_html/wp-content/plugins/pluginstaller/uninstall.php on line 89

    can anyone help, please ????
