[Plugin: Widget Logic] How do I have a widget only on one page?

    I am using WP V3.0. the website is: http://www.lenoxassociates.com/wordpress5. I want the tab widget in the bottom of the content area to appear only on page 3 (page_id=7) I put this in the widget logic box: is_page(‘7’); but the widget still shows up on all pages. No matter what I put there, the widget still shows on all pages.

    I think I am following the instructions but to no avail. Can you tell me what I am not doing or am doing wrong.
