[Plugin: Widget Context] Widget cannot appear in more than one palce

Here is an example of the problem I am having:

My content cloud needs to appear in widget area A on my homepage and widget area B on all other pages.

It appears just fine on the homepage, but only the Title appears on other pages.

Any ideas as to why this is happening?
