   According to my WordPress Dashboard, I’m on version 1.0 of the Wibiya Toolbar, and there’s no update available.

   When I visit the Plugin Directory page (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wibiya/), however, it shows that Version: 2.0 of the Plugin, Last Updated: 2010-2-23 is now available.

   Why is the availability of the new version not reported on in my WordPress Dashboard?
