    Love WLCMS!
Is there a way to give editor role access to the users menu (add/delete users & groups, etc.)? I've tried adding Edit User Roles plugin, but WLCMS settings seem to supercede those. Thanks!!!

    Hi,

Thanks for the kind words, really appreciate it.

From what I understand you want the ability for editors to be able to create new users. If that is the case then I am not sure WLCMS is the plugin for you.

I do know of people who create "super editors", which have different permissions and you can do this with the Edit User Roles plugin, but as you know, we focus on just Editor' s in WLCMS which would a problem.

Sorry I could not be more helpful.

    Thanks

Maybe a future feature??? So it doesn't look like WLCMS is compatible with Edit User Roles, right? If not, I may just have to go back to my old, multiple plugins method of handling the CMS view (sadly). It seems like this is a request I am getting repeatedly, so it would be great if it could be added to a future development list. Thanks again for a great plugin!

BTW, ended up using Advanced Access Manager, which converts the active admin to a superadmin and has more granular user role settings. Used a couple other PIs to customize the dashboard interface. Still like WLCMS if I don't need to provide editors with admin permissions. Thanks.
