Plugin which add extra input/parameter by posting a blog

Hello,

I want to have one extra input (text-value) stored for every blog post. Is there a plugin which manage that, or otherwise, where can I find info how to make it?

For example, if you write a blog story (like this), I want to add an extra input/parameter with it (for example a famous quote. I don’t want to write (and format layout it) every time in every new post, I only want to specify the quote (and by having an extra inputfield, it is forced to do, so I can not forget) and the lay-out and usage is somewhere in my template specified.

Anyone knows some tips?
