   I just spent a few weeks trying to integrate and setup my site that I don't want to upgrade to Buddypress 1.1 just yet. I was wondering if there was any way to get the old version of Welcome Pack....the one compatible with Buddypress 1.0.3 and WPMU 2.8.4a? I can't get mine to work with the new version. Thank you!!!

   Yeah, it won't. I can't remember off the top of my head which version worked with BP 1.0.3 but have a look at http://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/welcome-pack/tags or http://svn.wp-plugins.org/welcome-pack/tags/ if you know how to use SVN.

   I think there's a way of downloading a ZIP of a particular tagged version from Trac (the first link) but I can't find it quickly.

   p.s. Would recommend you invest the time to get your BuddyPress up to date (currently version 1.1.1). I'd suggest setting up a test site / local test site so you can figure out what to do.
