    Hi,

First let me say, it's a great product. I really like it, managed to speed up my blog quite a bit.

After doing a recent upgrade, everything got screwed.

Plugin tells me that mod_rewrite, mod_deflate, mode +++++ doesn't work, when it was not showing this error before upgrade.

Another issue concerns javascript compilation method, I don;t want to use this function - it screws with the theme of the website, I disable it in admin menu but it still compiles both CSS + JS, I cannot get only CSS combination to work - either both of them function or none, no matter what I select in admin panel.

Any thoughts? I don't want to give up on this one, it's a cool plugin.

    thx.

The first issue is clear and was fixed about a week ago.
The seconds issue (with CSS/JS merging) isn't clear. Please submit full description to

[16-Apr-2010 15:57:28] PHP Warning: Unknown: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/home/PRIVATE/public_html/wp-content/plugins/web-optimizer/libs/php/css.sprites.php) is not within the allowed path(s): (1) in Unknown on line 0

@spotcream: mentioned PHP warnings are not related to product external logic, but indicates administrative interface work (in this case a bit incorrect, because chained optimization can be performed, but nothing critical)
