I was unable to install this plugin automatically, it gives error (Error 103 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_ABORTED).
Then I uploaded it manually, readme.txt file does not mention anything about renaming weather_shortcode.php which I later found out. Got the 2 api keys, and it does not work, I tried several themes. It displays: "Sorry! No actual weather data available!".
So, I must say I have lost my entire day when I could actually use any other working code to just paste in "text/html area".
I don't recomend it at all.

Api keys: Both WWO and WUN
Theme: neni 1.0.2 and several other
Parameters: City: berlin Country: germany (Also tested for Paris, France)
