    Hi.

    I recently moved from Dreamhost to DreamhostPS.

    In the new server, I deleted all the folders created by W3TC plugin and then reinstalled the plugin. Before I moved to dreamhost ps I was using disk caching but now I'm using XCache.

    The thing is that I'm not seeing files in wp-content/w3tc/dbcache or any of the folders where it supossed to be cached files.

    Using XCache means that there are no disk caching at all?

    Thanks in advance for reading.

    Sorry, I can't help, but your topic wasn't tagged correctly. The developer usually responds to questions within a day, so you should be hearing something soon now that I've added the right tag.

    When you make a topic about a plugin make sure to include the plugin's full name as a tag and separate your tags with commas.

    @jesubet,
    Xcache uses mmap memory which means that it stores files in the tmp directory specified in the settings then maps them to memory. You can monitor user caching (W3TC) and system caches using the xcache.php admin panel.

    A proper installation of W3TC will have the entire wp-content/w3tc/ directory structure form your old installation except with empty folder for page cache if you are using a memory storage method.
