W3 Total Cache

It seems that if I am getting a ton of traffic hits, the Total Cache doesnt allow disqus to load and the cache program doesnt cache an instance of it. SO what diplays is the default comment system, which is wrong. Upon disabling total cache it works fine.

Mashable.com (for example) uses disqus without issue. Are you able to confirm which type of caching is interfering? Did you enable W3TC only and disable other plugins (except) disqus. Submitting a bug submission form from the support tab of the plugin.

Well the thing is, after I disabled W3TC it works fine. I really dont need the cache tool with the server I am on but it was there just incase. I do not have the same problem with Super Cache.

I just cannot turn off all plugins while the site is active because it has a lot of traffic and that would break the site temporarily.

Can you submit a bug submission form so I can see your settings please?

I've had this aswell - on posts that have hundreds of comments (using disqus) it would hang if I had W3 enabled (disabled it was fine). It was especially bad in IE. FF and Chrome seem to handle it better.
To get around the issue I just enabled pagination in disqus settings so that only 20 comments are loaded initially.
I note Mashable do this aswell.
I also have the disqus Javascript option enabled.

I note Mashable do this aswell.

Mashable doesn't do this because of any other reason than we used to show all comments and reactions and we felt the pages took too long to load with avatars etc so we changed it.

I'm interested to see the bug you describe when pagination is off so please let me know if you're willing to help debug.
