   I have a WordPress MU installation and today I tried setting up an Amazon Cloudfront CDN for one of the blogs. All the files upload to the S3 bucket and can be viewed at http://d1zljlx7g4wic6.cloudfront.net/wp-content/blogs.dir/2/files/2010/10/apple_iphoto_fullscreen1.jpg and the CNAME also succesfully resolves and shows the image at http://cdn.digitalefotografietips.nl/wp-content/blogs.dir/2/files/2010/10/apple_iphoto_fullscreen1.jpg

   But the problem is that W3 Total Cache will show the URL as http://cdn.digitalefotografietips.nl/files/2010/10/apple_iphoto_fullscreen1.jpg when enabled, so the images do not show up. Any ideas?

   I have now manually copied the files folder from the blogs.dir folder to the main folder to be able to check out the speed increase and it seems to have reduced the loading times from 4-4.5s to 1.5-2s so that's quite good, worth pursuing.

   Newly-added images are immediately added to the cdn though, I guess that solves it.
