    After I have tweaked everything the mobile bypass or even the theme switch was working fine. The issue is that it only works fine for a few hours then mobile users see the full site.

    If I empty the cache mobile users see the correct them again.

    But still after a few hours I have the same issue and have to empty the cache again.

    I think you would have to lower the expires time on your cache files to make sure that garbage collection runs properly and there are no cache file collisions. In general, there’s no obvious reason why this would happen.
