Upload to CDN buttons are missing (6 posts)

Hi, first off thanks for the great plugin, usually it works fine!..

I'm setting W3TC up on a new site and the buttons to upload content to the CDN are missing. I tried disabling other plugins and the theme but the problem persists. The AWS test says everything works so I'm running out of ideas...

Also in the "Configuration" tab of the CDN options I can't manually enter the origin (bucket URL), it just shows my site's URL and I can't edit it.

Still having this issue. I can't manually set my CloudFront distro (assign a bucket to it).

DLs from the CDN aren't working in parallel for some reason, this is pretty odd. It looks like W3TC is automatically uploading everything to CloudFront somehow, but not in a bucket?

This is really weird. Have you sent a bug submission report from the SUpport page in the plugin?

@axedesign, can you try to re-install the plugin, it would appear that files are missing.
