   The plug in works, but I'm running into a minor problem combining CSS.

   If I set the main theme in the settings as my home-made Twenty Ten Child theme and list Twenty Ten below, the pages render as expected, but the Twenty Ten CSS is not combined with the others:

   Page speed lists two uncombined css files:

   * http://cdn.billbennett.co.nz/wp-content/themes/twentyten/style.css
   * http://cdn.billbennett.co.nz/wp-content/w3tc/min/327c14/default.include.1158112254.css

   If I set Twenty Ten as the main theme and list my child theme below, the CSS combines BUT it breaks on page and I get a plain vanilla css-less display.

   Is there are workaround here?

   i had the Same issue, but i configured it to Reject the Files
   Hence the fact that My Website has CSS loaded,

   I will try to duplicate this case and resolve in the next release.
