Im trying to use User Agent Group Setting option to redirect my mobile visitor to my mobile version (hxxp://m.mysite.com).
Then I test it using Firefox useragent switcher...
But there is error redirect:
"The page isn't redirecting properly"
Please help, how to use this feature.

Can you submit a bug submission form from the support tab of the plugin? It's easier to see what you have set up that way.

no, i think no need to to that.
my guess:
when i set redirection, the page redirected to the destination (file, sub domain, or virtual sub domain). then in the destination, it seems do it again (detects user agent and re-redirect to that page), again and again. it happens even when the destination is not cached by W3TC (added to exception list), or even when the destination is not a wordpress page.
it will success if only i redirect to another domain.

We can guess for days or you can simply do a bug submission so I can actually know how your site is configured in a few minutes. Attaching your .htaccess file is helpful.
