   Hi there.
   I love the plugin, it does speed up my site a bit.
   I have a few issues though:
   after set up, and although I've imported all files to cdn, some images files are missing.
   see home page: makemoneyim.com
   hover over "tweet adder demo"
   where do I find these missing files, and how do I get this fixed?

   additionally when checking my performance through I'm getting an F for CDN, although all the files currently shown on the site run through cdn.makemoneyim.com

   I also get a poor result for combining js css for certain plugins :

   any ideas how to optimize this?

   Sorry for the trouble. It's hard to know where to begin without knowing your settings. As a first step, I recommend trying minify in auto mode to see how your report comes out. Statistics plugins should not be minified by the way. As for the CDN itself, be sure to switch to an origin pull CDN.
