I cannot seem to come up with the right settings here. I've set up a subdomain at my shared host (JustHost) and enabled FTP access with username and password, but all the variations I've tried for the following settings generates an Error: Unable to change directory to: /public_html/cdn/files (or whatever I may have tried).
FTP hostname:mydomain.com or http://ftp.mydomain.com (and other variations)
FTP username:username@mydomain.com
FTP password:FTP account password
FTP path:/public_html/cdn/files (and other variations)
Replace site's hostname with: cdn.mydomain.com (and other variations)
Any help or suggestions will be much appreciated!

OK- Got it to work by leaving FTP Path blank.
Now I just have to figure out how to get the image rotator for NextGEN gallery to work.

It's unlikely that it's possible as there is a flash player used there and flash has issues with multi-domain configurations. Contact the plugin author about that.

Frederick- There is no issue with my multisite, domain mapped configuration. The flash player works fine when W3TC is disabled. Nonetheless, the author is aware: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-nextgen-gallery-plugin-nextgen-gallery-slideshow-will-not-work-with-w3-total-cache-amp-cdn?replies=13

Frederick has solved the NextGEN slideshow issue: Using line break removal for JavaScript caused the issue.
Users who are experiencing this issue need to be aware that it is still necessary to include 'wp-content/uploads/imagerotator.swf' in the rejected files field under CDN/Advanced, if using CDN with NextGEN Gallery Slideshow.
Still can't get the Nextgen/options/general PicLens/CoolIris option to work, but that is not critical and probably just adds external bloat to the site.
What issue are you having with PicLens?
