• I have set up five mirrored subdomain of my main blog (www.themodernnomad.com). They are:

    1. static-css-1.themodernnomad.com
    2. static-js-1.themodernnomad.com
    3. static-js-2.themodernnomad.com
    4. static-js-3.themodernnomad.com
    5. static-1.themodernnomad.com

However, looking at the source code of my pages, I notice that all static content is served from static-1.themodernnomad.com, including CSS and JS. This despite the notes next to CNAME 1-4 that they are reserved fro CSS and JS.

    What am I missing here?

For completion, I am serving host attachments, wp-include files (*.css;*.js;*.gif;*.png;*.jpg), theme files (*.css;*.js;*.gif;*.png;*.jpg;*.ico;*.ttf;*.otf,*.woff) and custom files (various).

Many thanks for help in figuring this one out!

    Gustav

  • I have exactly the same problem at my site (www.resistorguide.com). I have configured the following cdn-cdn5.resistorguide.com, but only cdn4.resistorguide.com and cdn5.resistorguide.com are being used.

Does anybody have an idea of what could be wrong?

    Thanks!

I’ve got the same problem using version 0.9.2.4 on WordPress 3.3.2.

Basically the same kind of hostname setup but it uses the last one for ALL files.

I have the same problem in exact the same situation!

    same problem as well.
