[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Pulling from the CDN

    I notice that my header is not pulling any of the Javascript, or Stylesheets for my theme from the CDN. (Or, even better, none of the gzipped scripts & CSS.)

    They do exist, and when I run YSlow, it validates my belief. (Yes, I am logged out, with a new browser session, to run my tests.)

    Do I need to manually make the changes to header.php and footer.php?
