[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] PHP Errors and 500 error on site

    When I turn on object caching a number of areas of the WordPress admin start seeing 500 errors (ie changing users from author to admin). Turning it off solves the problem.

    I am also seeing the following PHP error even with object caching turned off which seems odd since the file is for object caching.

    [26-Apr-2012 17:17:49] PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function get() on a non-object in /mnt/.../wp-content/object-cache.php on line 62

    We are running 0.9.2.4 on Rackspace Cloud.
