[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] PGcache not running

    I put DirectoryIndex x.html index.php in /.htaccess to run x.html before WP, now “It appears Page Cache URL rewriting is not working.” from W3TC.

    This x.html “loader page” comes up when I go to my webpage, it links to my WP-installation and works fine, but page cache is never built nor working. Also Debug Mode just says “uncached”.

    Maybe s.o. can explain me why?

    Is there another way to have this loading order?

    ok – got it fixed. i swiztch from page cache disk (enhanced), which is recommended, to page cache disk (basic)..

    still dont know why it didnt work..

    What are you trying to accomplish with that directory index change?
