   W3 is caching the pages using disk enhanced but the files do not show up in the W3TC folder like they do on every other site I have.

   Differences with this installation vs. others:
   Different server
   Headway Theme 2.05 installed
   WP 3.1 Beta running

   Thoughts?

   Figured it out I think - I was running on a fresh VPS with no MySQL config file changes, so it was running very poorly. Once I used mysqltuner.pl to troubleshoot and improve, things starting indexing great.

   WP 3.1 isn't fully supported, but glad you sorted it.
