    Hi Frederick,

This little issue started popping up since I upgraded to 0.851 from .85, (At least I think this is when it started popping up).

While I browse my pages, everything works fine most of the time. Then sometimes my pages get all screwed up because the styles file isn't findable. I look at the source and I see

    http://mmohut.com/wp-content/w3tc/min/default.include.css

    it SHOULD be

    http://e1h11.simplecdn.net/mmohut/wp-content/w3tc/min/default.include.css

After I hit F5, The problem will fix itself, but if I don't hit F5, the page is unreadable because the server isn't finding the CSS file.

To try and avoid the issue in the future, I just moved the file from my CDN into the folder that wordpress was looking for the CSS file, and for some reason I get 404 errors trying to access it, which results in the screwed up pages (because it's missing the CSS)

This shouldn't be happening at all though, because it SHOULD be looking at http://e1h11.simplecdn.net/mmohut/wp-content/w3tc/min/default.include.css rather than my own server.

I'm sorry if this is at all confusing. Just a bit frustrating.

Simply disabling and re-enabling the plugin did the trick.
