   First I have no CSS when I enable this plugin
   Second, the htaccess rewrites seem to mess up my permanent redirect for www. when i use seo analyzers , they say 'no re-direct found. i remove the htaccess edits for this plug-in and the re-direct is found.
   id love a working version or at least someone to tell me how to fix all this

   Make sure your redirects are at the top of your .htaccess file. As for the missing CSS file, i cannot guess what's happening without seeing your site.
