[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Move minified scripts to footer

    So what i want is to be able to move the minified javascripts to footer instead of the header like its now.

    Its useful to have the minified CSS files in header but not javascript.
    Please add this to your todo and if you can, tell me a temporary patch to make it work that way until you release a new version.
