I just found WP Bannerize, which allows me to have a great ad management system. I really want to keep this so I was wondering if there is a way for me to add the code somewhere in W3 to disable caching of this?
Is this possible?

I am looking at the "Cache exception list:"
I placed "wp-content/plugins/wp-bannerize" into it but nothing happened. Perhaps I entered the wrong information?
No it's not possible to use any type of page caching with rotating ads generated by php.
You will get the same ad each page load. Changing to a javascript based add system or turning off cache are your only solutions.
There may be some tools that help plugin authors work with caching plugins in the future, but more on that as the features become available.
