I'm using the simple-press forum within my wp.
I've set all caches options except database cache and have Maxcdn set.
    My question:
I want to cache to CDN only the images from the plugin simple-press because if I cache also the js and css I got no right forum refresh successfuly.
But it's a lot of litte images. Can I set at custom file list the directoy of the plugins and include only jpg, gif, png ?

Simple forum master wrote to me now:

w3 total cache? thats not compatible with the simple:press… EVERY simple press page is dynamically created… it all appears on a single wp page, so caching plugins think they can cache it… but since its dynamic, caching doesnt work… all the url stuff, ie forums, topics, etc, is all just url rewrite magic… the actual wp page is always the same…
try telling w3 total cache to ignore the forum page…

    What do you think Frederick?

CDN, Minify and Database caching should all be compatible. So simply do not cache this section. Additional caching features are coming.

Meaning, add the path to your forum to the "Never cache the following pages" field on the page caching tab.

So do you mean to cach CDN, Minify and Database but no pages? Do you think to cache database won't break the dynamic creation of the pages?

If it does you can enabled debug mode and easily find any queries that are problematic and add them to the ignored query stems field.
