[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] homepage caching expires earlier

I’ve noticed that, my homepage cache expires sooner than set in the garbage collection settings. All other pages follow normal timing, I’ve set 96000 so it’s around 24 hours, but my homepage cache gets refreshed more often. What could be the reason??
