So, W3 has this option called CDN. I read as much documentation online as I could find, so I believe I understand it; my question now is simply "Will it help my website if I use a subdomain ( arbitrary.site.com ) instead of some service?" I'm not sure I understand the advantage as of yet.

Posted 1 year ago #Yes it will. The advantage is called pipelining (for the benefit of the web browser itself). More information is available in the FAQ.
