   I copied my wp-content/ and wp-includes/ unto another host. This host is fast, managed, gzipped and cookieless, so in short, perfect. However, this host won't let me save the files in their root directory. In other words, my theme files are at

   http://some.domain.com/some-folder/wp-content/themes/my-theme/style.css

   How do I make this work with W3TC? What plugin files should I modify? Would you have suggestions? Does anyone know how?

   Add the directory to the domain name. Also that is not perfect unless it is minified.
