[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Fatal Error, Please Run Command

    I’m trying to activate the W3 Total Cache plugin, but when I do, it gives me the following error:

    /var/www/vhosts/cadencemed.com/httpdocs/blog/wp-content/w3tc/min/index.php could not be created, please run following command:
    chmod 777 /var/www/vhosts/cadencemed.com/httpdocs/blog/wp-content/w3tc/min/index.php

    I have no idea how to run this command. Can someone please advise?
