Hello, I have just enabled the browser cache, however I do not see anything new in the headers. You can take a look here here.

All the following are ON (for all the media typles, CSS, HTML, XML, etc):

    Set expires header
     Set cache control header
     Set entity tag (eTag)
     Set W3 Total Cache header
     Enable HTTP (gzip) compression

    The Compatibility Test says:

    Web Server: Lite Speed
    Opcode cache: Not installed
    Memcache extension: Not installed
    Mime type detection: Not installed
    Safe mode: Off
    Open basedir: Off
    zlib output compression: Off
    Network mode: No

All the other options are either ON or Installed.

    What can I do?

Can you submit a bug submission form from the support tab of the plugin?
