[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Empty cache when updating posts

I am having some trouble. I have just set up the blog part of my theme and whenever I add a new post it doesn’t show in Chrome. IE9 or Opera but it DOES show in FF. The only way I get it to show is when I go to W3 Total Cache > General Settings and hit the empty all caches button.

Is there no other solution for this? I don’t need ALL cahes emptied just the ones that keep my blogpost from showing.

But I am not sure how to achieve this.
