   When I add files to the minify page settings for css & js, the default.include.css and default.include.js files aren't created. I changed the permissions to 777 on the min folder with no luck.

   Anybody have a resolution for this problem?

   I had the same issue and unchecking "Rewrite URL Structure" under the "Minify Settings" section seemed to fix it for me.

   This bug is fixed on the next release.
