[Plugin W3 Total Cache] CSS and JS files created by w3TC have no expires hdr (5 posts)

    Hi

I've been using W3TC for many months now and very satisfied overall.

When using YSLOW to score my pages, I get the following (I've snipped out some irrelevant stuff):

Grade F on Add Expires headers

There are static components without a far-future expiration date.

    (no expires) http://.../wp-content/w3tc/min/33b0f/default.include.fd97a6.css
    (no expires) http://.../wp-content/w3tc/min/33b0f/default.include.82b5d4.js

These two included files are auto-created by W3TC. Why don't they have an expires header? Is there some quick way to solve this?

    Thanks

Where are those files hosted? Have you enabled expires for CSS/JS files on the browser cache settings tab?

Yes I did and it made no difference.

Strange, do you want to submit a bug submission from the support tab of the plugin then?
