    After configuring W3 to allow compression I ran a Google Speed test, and received disappointing results:

    Enable compression

    Compressing resources with gzip or deflate can reduce the number of bytes sent over the network.

    Compressing the following resources with gzip could reduce their transfer size by 103.6KiB (68% reduction).
