My WP Stats recently stopped working for 3 days (0 counts). After deactivating W3 Total Cache everything was back to normal. Has anyone else experienced this incompatibility?

  • Yes, I’ve had the same problem since installing W3 Total Cache.

I’ve seen reports of this come and go. Each time someone writes me and I try to investigate the issue disappears. I know it’s annoying, but can someone give me details on settings because I cannot duplicate this on my own even when using all W3TC options.

I’ve reactivated W3TC and all has been well for some time now. I can’t honestly say W3TC was to blame.

WP Stats recently updated to Version 1.7.5, and WordPress itself to version 3.0.3. I’m not sure which of these updates resolved the problem, but the problem has disappeared. Stats are functioning normally now.

But thank you for your response, Frederick.
