   Hello everyone.

   I have some problems with W3 Total Cache that I can not really figure out myself. I am using the CDN option (self-hosted ftp).

   I wanted to add/minify/combine another JS and/or CSS file to the existing ones and I found out that W3TC is not "making" the new JS/CSS file and uploading it to the CDN. But the *.js.id file is referencing to another file now (not the one that exists on my CDN FTP-server).

   And another problem is the "blank page" problem... If I open wp-admin page then the normal "start page" works again.

   Where should I look to fix the problems?

   Another questions: when NOT in preview mode, is W3TC not saving the settings then?

   Have you checked your unsuccessful transfers and emptied the queue?

   And another problem is the "blank page" problem... If I open wp-admin page then the normal "start page" works again.

   Are there any errors in your error log around the time of these occurrences?

   Yes it's saving settings, but directly to the configuration file responsible for the DEPLOYED configuration, the policies determining what users see.

   Hello Frederick.

   First of all: the best caching plugin for wordpress!

   I have checked unsuccessful transfers, it is empty.

   I will check the error log from the apache tomorrow.

   Strange is that the settings I made are gone when I say "Save changes".

   Are you using that latest release of W3TC?

   It is version 0.9.1.3.

   By the way, I just checked your readme. You could add my post about W3TC too, if you want ;)

   Last night I was googlin' about the blank page error. I checked my log files and there were some entries from the fcgid module.

   OS is Debian 5 (amd64)

   php -v

   I think you should work with your web host to stabilize your server configuration. It's not trivial to troubleshoot that from the outside.

   It's our own server. So we have exclusive access.

   All other sites are working as they should. Does W3TC need a special PHP config maybe?

   I can change the config at any time.

   No it doesn't. The point is that those errors in your log have nothing to do with W3TC. You'll need to troubleshoot those.
